He meant to say that if your with higher points is behind the lower points driver and the higher one is fighting for championship but he is left behind in a race so the team order will let the higher point driver pass the lower points driver.
Get high level DRS, run your 2 cars within 1 second of each other, and you'll have a "team order" every lap. If they are in a train, however, then they'll just ride it. This is seen very commonly in Elite. :p

Thanks Abdullah, for explaining! ...and yes, Boomer Kid, i have been using my DRS, but it didn't work like I planned in my last race, to change the pilots places. I usually have spent most of my DRS close to the end of a race. Will now start working on extending my DRS then... ;o)
A Team Order Option would be nice. Guess everyone knows what a team order is, tell me if not.
You can control this by using different push levels lead driver can be on PL1 driver behind can be on PL5 so they catch up eventually you can also use boost to decrease the gap. Once you have swapped your drivers you can adjust push levels as you please.
In my opinion, I prefer to have two menues aside the push level, one per each driver with two options ("let pass the other driver / fight with him for position") than play with push and take the risk to destroy tyres.
