Can't change the team name and logo

I tried to change my team name and logo, but it doesn't work even when I saved them. If this is a glitch, how to solve it?

Hi Glenn, are you trying to change your team information on the app or on PC?

I did not experience any issues trying to change your team name on PC, however, if you're on the app, and the issue persists, try using a mobile data connection or a different Wi-Fi connection and see if it works for you then.

I'm sorry for the belated reply because I just realized there are no notifications to alert me in regards to this problem. The funny thing is that, my team name was "changed" with the same previous name even though I changed it differently. To elaborate, I tried to change my team name via app in my phone.

Which operating system version is your phone running on? e.g. Android 7.0, 6.0 or iOS 10, iOS 11

According to my phone's information, it's Android 6.0.1

Hmm...odd. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app and let me know if that helps.

Thank you! I'd like to change my current team name to "Scuderia Interpex-Lucrean", and my current team logo to the lion that's facing northwest (the one that is not wearing a crown).

Ah, I found the issue. You can only have numbers and letters in your team name. Any special characters are invalid. The error message seems not to be showing up. Sorry if you weren't aware of this before!

I was able to change your team name but didn't change your team logo, but I'll let you handle that :)
