when I was promoted to the Elite category the design points of my cars were zeroed. As if I had been punished for switching ties, but I have not changed. One person had told me it was normal, so I did not seek help before, but now they have informed me that it is a mistake. Can anyone help?

Before you hired your current Chief Designer, what was the level for your previous Chief Designer?

I'm not 100 percent sure, but he was 4.5 stars when I was level 9.

Hi Mário, I've looked in to this and you are right. Your points were reset to 0 when they should not have been. It was likely the same for anyone else in the same race as you from promotion, as we had a bug a couple of weeks ago where this happened to some people. At first I didn't realise you were reporting the issue from so far back in time, until I looked at your history.
This should not happen again as since this we have put measures in place to render it impossible in the code, and fixed the issue with the server which created the problem in the first place.

I've also sent you some tokens, Mário, to offset any side effects caused from losing your design progress, such as not meeting race objectives and missing out on prize money.
