So i was wondering if there is a seperate league for top 32 players to participate in, I believe in this way there will be more competition.
Every season there will be for sure some people get low in reputation so new drivers will get in that league to prove themselves to be best manager. It will be fun i think and more competition.

What do you guys think?

Sounds good Abdullah but there are a few problems. If you're going to use the HOF to determine the top 32 Managers:
1) You will find multiple Manager accounts all belonging to the same individual. E.g. Marcel Smid is in there twice, Joey McLane, Ross Bong, Kimi Raikko and Rachel Brown are all the same person.
2) Six of the 10k Rep Point accounts are now inactive, there are quite a few others in the top 32 who are also inactive.
3) The game is international, it would be difficult to find a time slot that would be acceptable.

So I'll do a count of how many managers are actually active among the top 32:

---
Managers with multiple accounts in the top 32 of the HoF:

1. (Inactive) Joey McLane: Kimi Raikko, Rachael Brown, Ross Bong
2. Gary Collyer: 4 accounts, 10k rep one is inactive, but others are active. Has more outside the top 32. He used to have Enzo Ferrari, Ron Dennis, Colin Chapman, etc. as display names before.
3. Marcel Smid: 2 accounts, has more outside top 32.
4. dan ruglio: 2 accounts, has at least 1 more outside top 32.
5. Collin Trust: J B (has more outside top 32 but those may be inactive)
6. Nik B: Boomer Kid (has 1 more outside top 32)

Among these we have 5 active

---
Has only one top 32 team, with multiple teams outside the top 32 (to my knowledge):
1. Gustavo Heiden
2. Jamie R
3. Sandeep tiwary

They have at least 2-3 or more other accounts each.

---
Inactive top 32 team but has other active teams (to my knowledge):
1. Chris Louth

Now we have 9.

---
Other managers in top 32 (as of 20 November, 2017) who are currently participating in a league (show of activity)
1. Esteban Alonso
2. Kevin Bissell
3. Henri Ahonen
4. Pompei Dumitrache
5. Sebastian Kubica
6. Daniel Dumitrescu
7. Matt Stainer
8. Vinod Maskeri
9. Andri Arifin

---
So in the top 32 the actual figure of active managers is around 18. Rep may be a good indicator to pick competitors for an "official" iGP league, but in my view rep does not necessarily reflect the competitiveness of each manager relative to each other. For example, I know a manager outside the top 32 who regularly dominated a league with one of the top 32 managers in it, but once he entered the league my team's in, early during the 2nd race of the season so quite early too, he got relegated to Pro while another manager who joined mid-season managed to remain in Elite. I wish him all the best in returning to Elite though. Takes time to get used to racing in a top league!

But it does illustrate the gulf in competitiveness even managers in the top 32, top 50, top 100, could have. Rep can denote ability, but it's as much about activity and joining leagues with other high rep managers as well.

------
Among the top 32 (top 18?) managers, I've raced with Vinod (open beta, one of the first tough rivals I've had in iGP. Didn't really play old iGP); Esteban and Collin (International GP Championship); Gary (The F1 World Championship), Chris (F1 and iRacing Super League), dan (International GP and F1), Pompei and Daniel Dumitrache (IGP Champions, this 1 car league is really underrated IMO. 1.5x speed, mandatory 2 compound rule in Elite, competitive depth of field, and you need skill to manage your car in the DRS train without teamwork), Sandeep (Everyone Welcome, with Sandeep racing as Brijesh Singh), Jamie (Champions League and BRL), Henri and maybe Sebastian (BRL), and Andri (Iron Horse).

So out of 17 active managers in the top 32 I could race against (I'm the 18th), I've raced with 13 of them. Not too bad. However, I can say there are managers outside the top 32 who are as competitive if not more competitive than some of the top 32. Sam Leo/Pery Lar (this guy especially), Rex Azam (Malaysia boleh!), Al Morris, Lee Clark (going on holiday and not being able to return to a competitive league for a long time really affected his rep), Allan Perry, and some of the International F1 league and US Grand Prix guys, among others comes to mind.

If there were some official iGP Championship, I'd personally like to be able to race guys like Marcel, Kevin, and Gustavo alongside all those other competitive managers I've raced with (Joey coming back will be a great challenge to relish. Never raced against him before either). Time will be a factor though, and considering the number of managers who are as competitive as the top 32 (top 18), maybe what official iGP Championship we'd have could have some qualifiers instead (maybe the top 50 or top 100, after filtering out multiple accounts could duke it out in qualifiers?), or some other way of determining the entrants for the official league(s).
