¿como abir carrera desde la pc?

alguian sabe que tipo de programa o actualizacion debo de hacer para que e abra la carrera, anteriormente la abria pero no me reproducia tan bien pero ahora nisiquiera me deja abrir la carrera, tampoco el editor de librea
