In particular, the "Team > Stats" tab is practically identical to the "Manager > Overview" tab.
The one thing I really struggled to find when I started was the "Finances > Sponsors" tab.

I think merging the "Manager", "Team", and "Finances" screens makes sense. Call the new merged screen "Team Management" or "Management".
The primary tab should be "Stats".
The current "Team > Overview" tab can be scrapped completely, this is just a repeat of "Drivers & Staff" and is less useful.
The next tab should be "History". Not sure whey this is a pop up screen currently. Rename it to "Individual Race Results".
The next tab should be "Finances". "Sponsors" can probably moved onto this tab as well. Separate out history into a new tab if space permits.
The last tab should be an edit screen for *both* manager name and team name. Having these edit screens in two separate places is obviously confusing as there are many questions here on how to change them.
