What is the best time for igp races for East Americans? I'm asking because I want to create a league for this time zone
Please note that I'm asking for a (gmt-5) time specifically because america has many time zones...

Depends on your target audience....
Speaking as someone who lives in the Eastern time zone, I get if work at 5 pm, but I have a commute home that takes 30 min, and I have kids that want to see me and then there's dinner...

Guess that's why I'm only doing weekly at noon on Sundays
