Over training

Been surfing the forums here to find something about over training.

But I'm assuming when the driver's star turn red that's a sign of being over trained, How long does it take to go back to normal, apparently my drivers are not healthy for my race.

Any info you guys can help with would be greatly appreciated.

5% health back every 1 hour.

You can have your driver participate in a race at 25% health and after the race it will jump to 70% (known bug). As for not being red anymore, well once you level up, so your manager level becomes the equal to your driver's level then he/she will no longer be red. Once it is red, their performance will only increase by 3% per click.
