How do I get pro and elite level drivers? Please help.

I was handed my league which was emptied just before I got it. I have an entirely empty pro level and I’m the only one in elite. How can I fill it? Or at least get 2 racers so the levels can race? Please help!!

Just join an active league, the league i'm in is active join it

You could promote your league in the "leagues & events" forum (where you have posted this thread). This is the only way to get people to see your league if you have less than 20 cars the desired tier.
