Just had the Turkish GP, set to start on Inters but for some reason I did quali in mediums and basically ruined my race. I know this happened to at least to one other person.

I've noted this issue. I can't offer any guidance other than the developers will have to investigate when they get a chance to.

Our Turkish GP yesterday started in the dry and it started raining after a few laps. I had my strategy set to pit for wets at 2mm of rain but my drivers already came in when there was only 1.1mm.
