Ouch, I can feel your pain. Not to worry, I did some magic :)

You'll have to work very hard this season to avoid the relegation zone!

See this is why you shouldn't help everyone that requests it for any reason. He joined at the last race and ended in the relegation zone. Now the fact he doesn't have design points because he switched leagues, he wants that adjusted.

Domenico should be glad he got put back in pro

If i change League and I play last race of the League, on the next Championship i Always had my car with every points. I don't know why i roll back to rookie and when he put me in pro my car had a reset. You aren't a moderator so why are you here???

Now the reason why you rolled back into Rookie was quite likely that you didn't manage to reach a result in this one race that put you out of the relegation zone. So as long as there was no bug causing this you should really be glad you're back into Pro tier. However you're right with design points, since you switched leagues last season you should have points now so their reset really looks like an undesired side effect of moving your team. If you get them back is Yunus decision but since you're posting in an open forum everyone is free to comment or post an opinion on this matter!

The Design points you get is entirely based on how many races you did last season and how far into the current season you are. He only did one race and it was the beginning of the season, so in my eyes the game is doing exactly what it is supposed to (which means everyone who switches leagues will deal with the exact same issue). Whether this is right or not has been debated many times in the forums...

This is the correct answer.

When you joined a new league, your current car design and next season car design was reset.
Your car design for the new season only had one race dedicated towards its development, which is the reason why the car design is not good at all.

You will be able to catch up on design by researching your rivals cars.

It would be the amount to be expected, put aside that even one race should give more points than a full reset as long as the CD is not completely useless, but currently the game isn't exactly behaving as expected, as long as this wasn't fixed recently. The game carries points from before the league switch into the new league and adds the points from the first season of the new league on top, thus often newcomer in their second season have a better starting car than everyone else, sometimes with (almost) all attributes at the starting points cap.
