Hi guys, I have received my customary e mail to say that my monthly subscription has been taken out of my account but I don't seem to have received my usual tokens etc
Is this a bug or just happened to me?

Hi Tim, sorry for the late response. I can't provide support early in the day on Fridays due to religious reasons.

You can e-mail support@igpgames.com with the following information:
1. The receipt you received via e-mail from PayPal
2. The e-mail address for your iGP account if there is one
3. Your team name and league name

Otherwise, to cancel the legacy subscription, this can be done by reviewing the payment you made to iGP Manager in your PayPal account. Look for "Manage iGP Games Limited payments", then click "Cancel". To get a refund, or if you need further assistance, please e-mail support@igpgames.com. Include the e-mail address of your PayPal account for faster assistance.
