17 managers in my league

Hi all,

In my league, in the rookie rank, there are 17 managers.

Though we kick off one or more players, when the other managers join us we always have 17 managers instead of 16.

Never give rules to Italians, we like tier with 17 and even 18 managers, so what?

I think it will fix itself at the end of the season.
