Problems in practice training

Hello, I'm having trouble for practice training. After setting up the car and selecting the tires, testing the configuration the following message appears:
igpmanager.com says:
Oops! There was an error. Please try again.
But when I try again the message repeats itself.

Hi Luciano, sorry you had this problem. Did you perform your car setup a few minutes before the race or well in advance? In the future you can try to do it at a different time if you encounter the error again.
