Hi i saw a driver that is lv 18, and he is 18 years old and he has all of the attributes on 20 . How is that possible???

He was a reserve driver being trained before being set as active.

I don't know for sure. At Colin's level, the driver's owner, it probably took a month to train the driver up to all 20 stats.
