Ability to watch race without managing drivers.

I think it would be neat to have the ability to attend live races, but be able to select an option to let the drivers control their boost usage, as if the manager wasn’t there (default would be as currently is). This would be helpful for those that prefer a more hands off approach, or can’t pay full attention during the race, but still want the enjoyment of following the race live and chatting with other managers.

I can't see the appeal myself but you can have more than one account. Just open a new account and spectate the race from that one.

In the race viewer there used to be the ability to allow drivers control their own KERS in the old version of the game.

At some point however, it began to get a bit buggy and the option had to be clicked on and off multiple times if the manager wanted to control KERS and not the driver. Thus, it was removed. It could maybe come back some point down the road if the devs are open to it.

Ok, got it. Hadn't thought of logging in with a 2nd account, used that for the first time recently because I was not in a spot to be actively engaged, worked well. Thanks!

Creating a second shadow account is possible but is not a correct operation

My reply on Boost manage in the live race applies to this thread as well.
