iGP Transfer Market down time

After we saw reports of the transfer market was not working correctly, we investigated the issue, it seems at approximately 3:15am UTC an anomaly affected the back end systems that control this area.

We have now resolved the issue as of 1pm UTC, any further reports of the transfer market being down should be reported in new threads.
