What is the minimum weight a driver can reach? And can every driver reach that weight or do some stay at a heavier weight forever?

Male 51kg, Female 46kg. They only lose weight when training physical so the trick is to train this attribute first until they hit 20 in stamina and minimum weight before re-focussing training elsewhere.
If you have a driver at 20 in all trainable attributes (everything except Talent and Experience) and they are above minimum weight they will remain overweight forever.

Thanks Kevin, so on that basis a fully trained (and talented) female driver will always be quicker than a male equivalent?

No, that doesn't appear to be the case. Even though they're heavier male drivers are not necessarily slower.

Hi Kevin can you please tell me how weight ballasts works? I mean at what driver weights they get added? Is there such a thing? Or is it just lighter the driver faster they are!

Reason why I'm asking is my driver was at 63kg was winning most races i took him down to 61kg and performance has gone down not won a race like last 10 races.

Regarding loss of driver performance cant work out what it can be could it be over training?

Thanks in advance

Ballasts are added when you exceed the level cap of a tier.

If your manager level is above 8 in Rookie or 14 in Pro, you are given a ballast on the cars.

This in place to balance performance, keeping lower level players in these tiers competitive with manager who exceed the level cap.

Hi MS
Regarding your driver who suddenly appears to be uncompetitive after becoming lighter... There are many reasons why your driver might be struggling to win races, I have no evidence that becoming lighter makes a driver less competitive. If anything I think it's the opposite. In my opinion you should continue to train physical until he gets down to 51kg then switch focus elesewhere.
You won't go far wrong reading Joey's two guides, he was the iGP legend before he retired his four accounts.
