Have just built the youth academy, does the current low star rating mean I will be limited to finding a driver of limited talent, or does it mean that my chances of finding a 20 talent driver will be slim, but still possible without upgrading?
So is it possible to get one with the lowest grade academy or is that limited to say talent 1-3, then next star facility are drivers 4-5 star etc or is it the chance of finding one is increased with each upgrade level?
I'd say it's not limited, but far more difficult for a YDA facility level 5 generate a 20 talented driver.
Another thing, do not expect high stars drivers. They are supposed to be trained in our teams.
Does the Academy TRAIN listed drivers? those who you paid 1coin "to have". what I mean I've scouted driver XYZ and did not promote him to pro for ie. 3 seasons. Will his stats be higher than if i would have taken him instantly?

Haha, maybe I should have defined "few and far between". To me a hit rate of 10% is low, I wouldn't waste that many tokens (then more to promote the driver into the team) when I can buy from the market.
But I stand corrected so thank you guys LOL.
