My contracts expired.

I re-offer them sponsorship, they accept, I confirm, and they then show up under my partners like they should.

2 minutes later I get a cancellation email from 3 of the 4 of them saying "We are sorry to hear that you no longer wish to receive our sponsorship", after I had definitely clicked accept. I know I accepted them because they were showing up in my partners for 1 minute with the new $ value we negotiated.

I did not cancel them. I did not click decline. Accept was already ticked. Why has this happened?

Nope, I physically clicked each item individually. LIke I said, the sponsors were even showing up in my partners, so I know I had done it right, and then boom, they magically cancel themselves two minutes later for no reason :/

I will investigate this later today, it sounds very odd indeed.

yeah but if you click on the area you want to get a sponser for it dont mean that thats where there gona go you need to pick from the th offer contract screen. if you click on an area always make seure you check that the drop down menu in the contract offer screen says wot you want to offer for cause 9 times out of 10 it will say engine cover.

Ah, Norrie is right. What happened is you selected all sponsors for the engine cover position so each time you signed a new one it was overwriting the last one.

I think a lot of us have made this mistake at one time or another. The sponsorship system could do with some work on clarity. Once the patch is out I will look in to how to improve it.

Jase is not alone in making that mistake.

Also made this mistake.

Maybe a warning message could be added if you "overwrite" a contract that is still running. This would be great for any type of contract: sponsors, suppliers and staff.
