1---Why need to setup tyre & suspension??
2--- if we want to use two model tyres
Soft tyre For 10 laps
Medium For 19 laps
Which setups need ?

Not entirely sure what the question is but does this answer it?
1. Wing level, ride height and suspension are dependant on the circuit you're racing at.
2. The drivers may also have a very small influence on ride height +/- 1. I believe it may be dependant on driver height.
3. Rain/Water on the track also influences ride height and downforce but surprisingly not suspension stiffness.
4. None of the three setup characteristics are influenced by tyre compound.
5. Push levels within the race will depend on ambient temperature and tyre compound but you can't set multiple push levels in the pre-race strategy.
