Hi. A guy in my league who cant seem to post here was saying his car stats are not what you'd expect at the start of a season. His CD strength which is breaking is low compared to other stats. He has 32 braking and 45 for fuel economy which should be his weakness. His name is Dan O'Brien.
Can anything be done to help him please?

His current CD was hired only 5 races ago so he contributed only towards 30% of the new car (5 of 17 races of last season). The remaining 70% was developed by his predecessor(s) who probably had Fuel Economy as strength and maybe even was the complete opposite traits wise if comparably low Braking means less than average.
