how is the top doc higher lvl than my doc?

Yes I noticed that too.

There does seem to be an anomily somewhere in the spiderweb/rating of some staff, but I think there is a lot more going on 'in the background' that isn't on the graphs.
This is particularly obvious with staff (as opposed to drivers) as they only have 3 areas that are highlighted on the spiderweb

but stll, that much of a difference, how would any background staff allow the higher lvl doc to be higher lvl, BY 2 than my doc? even if it was a driver or whatever this shouldnt be the case

because thats experience and not level[and without changing staff around i'm not sure if they are the same or even related]... but it seems after looking to get a doctor [before patch kicks in] that the highest experience level 7 is 12 while there are 2 with 20 experience, level 3 & 4

well it still doesnt make sense to me, 20 exp and morale right now (i think) and very high charisma yet still lvl 5 and im not trading with anyone because (as you probably guessed) nobody else is as good.

I think i replied to a similar thread yesterday but IMO with staff level is the most important thing

Experience, Morale & Charisma may matter, but they in no way make a difference towards actual "level"

2/3 ways to look at it

1/ The spidergraph serves no real purpose, other than a visual aid [and so you dont have to show boxes for 3 skills]
2/ the graph is relevant [but only between staff of the same level]

A Bad Doctor/Designer/etc/etc is still bad, even if they have 20years experience, are happy & have the charm
