Can't change profile photo

There is some sizes or limits of height to upload a profile photo?
I've been trying for 5 hours and nothing

Hi, it currently takes up to 7 days to see the new photo appear.

At the moment we are looking into how to speed this up.

One of mine changed instantly... the other still not yet and it's been a day

so i made a 2nd account yesterday, and updated the the profile picture i want (did not have a picture before). it posted immediatly.
the 1st account i made already had a picture and i tried to change it with the SAME PICTURE and it will not change, ive tried on mobile, pc chrome, pc internet explored. nothing works.

Please wait at least 7 days from the date of uploading the photo to raise an issue.

I'm sorry you have to wait this long, I've been informed by the developers that they're looking into how to speed up the process. It all goes over my head but it's some bit to do with Microsoft's cloud and their caching process.
