cant see videos for parts

hi, i ve been unable to watch videos for parts from several days. Spent tokens already, two times, and running low again. Help.

also, this is happening in my two users, and i cant log out from the forum with this one to post with the other...

They are aware of the problems with the free parts, they are looking into it

For the forum issue, did you try to loggin in the game with the other account and going in the forum from the game sidemenu?
