Hi,
In our pro league several cars including mine did not take part to qualification round. This ended in falsifying race results as for example my driver in SS tyres should have ranked somewhere around 6 or 7 in qualif and started in end of grid.
Lots of impacts : no chance to score any points + failing for 2 sec to reach objectives (14th place) >> loss of 700keuros.
What happened and what can be done to make sure it won't happen again?
Hi, I can see this, but I don't have any explanation for why it happened at this time. It is likely related to all the maintenance work that has been going on in the past 72 hours, and not a normal situation. That's all I can say for now, because we don't see things like this happening often under normal conditions.
It has been put in our bug tracker and it will be addressed as soon as someone is available to investigate it.

If it can help, it seems that it is mostly new users in this league which were affected (2 newcomers in the league on that day + 2 users promoted from rookie league 3 races ago).
I think that other users were okay (even though i did not double check).
