I lost my money and the tokens.

The fact is that I made a purchase of tokens (40 for $ 4) by payment with invoicing moviestar.
I received an SMS confirming the purchase, but in the game I have not reached the tokens, I do not see them anywhere.
It takes a while or is it instantly?
Please, I hope I do not lose my money.

I have contacted the google services and they have confirmed that the purchase has been made correctly, and that it is due to a game error.

1) The invoice you received via e-mail from Google Play
2) The e-mail address for your iGP Manager account if there is one
3) Your team name and league name
