Hi everyone, a couple of questions:
1) Do I relegate lower if I change leagues?( Elite to Pro or Pro to Rookie?)
2) Will taking place in a two car league give me more money?
3) Should I have any reserve Staff?
Thanks in advance :D

1. No you stay at the same level but your car design will reset. So unless you're already a Rookie and relegation isn't an issue, don't change leagues close to the end of the season because you are unlikely to win any points and you will be relegated.
2. I have never competed in a one car league so other managers please correct me if this statement is wrong..... I believe the income and expenditure are balanced for both one and two car leagues. You get more income in 2 car but your outgoings to run 2 cars are also higher so you are not more profitable.
3. The only member of staff you would consider having in reserve is a CD. If you have two and they both have good or complimentary strength/weakness you can rotate them during the season to maximise your next season's initial design. Sometimes it can also be benificial to get hold of a high talent low level driver and hold them in reserve whilst you train them.

@Kevin Bissel
2) How much money do you make per race?(in a two car league)
1) You mean like, dead reset? 0?
3) Thanks for the tip!

2... I lose about £1m per race but I have three CDs at about £.75m each. By choosing the correct sponsors I receive 3 tokens per race (51 per season) regardless of race results. I exchange a proportion of these for game cash which means I actually make a small profit each season.
1... No not dead reset. The last time I did it my car was reset to 1 dp in each attribute (8) plus the 3 bonus from suppliers plus 12 to allocate where I wanted. So I had a car with 23 dp when the rest of the managers had about 340! If you change league before the start of your new league season, with careful management of research you can overcome this handicap and score a few points in the second half of the season to avoid relegation. If you jump anywhere after half way through the season you have a high probability of relegation.
