Translatemy doctor is 61 and the filters age up to 60, I dont want to loose my doc but shouldnt she be retired?

Doesnt it depend in which country your team is based it.
So in some countries it will be 67 and if you have a greek staff your staff will retire at 55 :)

@ Jake, for staff :P no drivers though, over 30's drivers and staff at over 70's. hmmmm i'll keep the doc, until DEATH,....., HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHa, maybe thats the way to go with O.K /good/excellent staff, keep them until *_* but enjoy them while they ^_^
