Earlier the competition was filled automaticly with new players. Though now i cannot welcome any new players over the past 20 days in the rookie-league. How is this possible? Why is nobody added?

If there are too few player in a tier a league stops showing up in the search and will not be chosen for the list of leagues new players get as suggestion. I don't know at how many, or few, player this happens, though. So it might just be that currently other leagues out of the league pool are shown and it just takes some time until some of those drop out, once filled up, until it's your turn again.
