Hi! I have found a few days ago a new pilot from the academy, 20 talent and 17 years old. Here the stats:

How should I continue training him?
I have physical at max, but I don't know how important is mental skills so I have trained a lot Driving skills.
I'd like to hear some tips.

Mental can be left, but has to be trained sometime :)
