Hidden attribute

Hi all!!

I've spent a lot of money and tokens to test some drivers and specifically, the whole related to the height/weight attribute (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/9526)

As I can see with my two drivers, apart from XP, it has to be something more for the poor results from Torres compared to García. I don't know why, but I see him slower than García. Ok that has lower XP but I think that has to be something more...

Zulkarnain (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=830809) was taller than Garcia and had more XP and everything else, and was slower. Why???

Can you make some light about this because I'm really angry to not understand it. Some other drivers of my league with lower talent level and more XP and height are better than mine!!

Thanks a Lot for the reply. So it seems to be something related to xp and height/weight. But i don’t understand why zulkarnain was Slower than García.

García is now (if I’m calculating right) 18,91. Torres is 18,45. Just ~0,5 lower but taller and better un height\weight. What am I missing?

It’s better to hire older drivers before August 2015? What about staff? Happens the same. More stars than everyone but mediocre results

I think my whole team is buggy.....

If you take a look to my team, García is from my own academy. Torres is from my Team B (just one level below than my team A). This could be one of the issues?
