20 motors to 20 races. If i save few motors do i have them when new 20 coming?

Nope. When 20 races are over, it's resetted to 20 again. There's no accumulation.

To clarify Albert's answer, the engine supplier will bring the inventory to 20 engines if you have less than 20 engines.
