Join a new league at lower level

Is there a way to Join a different league but in a lower Tier?
I am currently in Elite, however the league I am looking to join only has spaces in Pro. I am prepared to take the drop, but there is no 'join' option to do this. Please can you advise.

No u can only do that by starting a new team. U could find a league almost at end of season and join it so u relegate .

Or u could join my league. I have one spot in elite and all others are active its a great league.

But iff u want to go down a tier u need to find a league with 1 race left in season. Then u join it the race will be done and u will relegate to pro that is fastest way off dropping down
