I am wondering whether it would be good to have a way to increase the speed of experience gain. Maybe the offices and hospitality that currently doesn't seem to do anything could be changed to a simulation suite and increase the rate of experience gain. It can take 10 seasons or more for a driver to get to maximum experience which is a very long time in this game.

I suggest perhaps increasing the default rate of gain to 1 per 12 races and reducing it by 1 race for each half star in your simulation suite to make it 1 per 7 races if you have 5 stars.

Would not be realistic though. There is no real substitute for actual races participated, and the current EXP system, is very realistic.

Drivers here start to peak at 25-26+ yrs old. If the EXP time was halved, then drivers would reach the max EXP at around 22 yrs old...very unrealistic for any form of motorsport

Keep the EXP as it is :-) It also creates more strategies in game, and keeps us playing more ;-)

I feel like it should take longer than it is now so the drivers peak around 27-30.

I wasn't particularly thinking about the realism, more about the playability. There's a guy in my league with drivers who have stats all the same as mine but much more XP. It makes enough of a difference that I just can't compete and the other players are even further behind.

@Gavin. If there's someone on your league who's drivers are beating everyone else it's unlikely to be experience that's making them faster. Last season in MJL Elite tier the drivers champion was 17 years old in his rookie season and had an experience value of 2. This is a pretty competitive league with many talent 20 drivers so maybe experience isn't as big a factor as people think.

I had a look at his stats again. His are all 20s but I'm limited to mental stats at 16 because of my level. I think that's the difference.

@Gavin. It's probably as you say, the mental stats are more likely to be the answer.
