Not activ player what with hi's staff

Hi everyone... First of all sory for my english... Is not good very well;p... Anyway... I think that players who are'nt active holding a very good drivers or staff... And this way we have very poor a staff market... So in my opinion admin should remov from this not active players his staff and exhibit them on transfer market... What's yours opinion?

I remember coming up with an idea a few months back to solve this, needless to say it got kind of ignored. I agree but also understand the negatives on a system like this...

Creo que nos afecta a todos, pues los pilotos los podemos generar desde la cantera de talentos, pero el personal no, por lo que por un tiempo determinado de no conexión de un jugador, debería traerle consecuencias.
