I bought a new driver and sold the previous one. However, on the car setup screen for the next race the new driver is saying the car needs repairing. When I then go to the car repair screen it is showing the driver I sold as in car 1 and the car is fully repaired.

When I try to setup the car for the new driver it comes up with "oops an error occurred" and I can't save his setup. Help!

The new driver isn't properly set as active driver. You have to go to drivers & staff and assign and confirm your drivers as the active ones.

He was the active driver as the previous one had been sold and wasn't showing. There were only two on my drivers page and both were active. I created a set up for the new driver for an earlier race but he didn't show up at all so I only had one in the race. After the race the old driver has now gone from the repair page and the new one is showing so I am hoping that the bug has resolved itself.

He looks like he became automatically the active driver once the old one was sold, but that change wasn't properly saved in all the servers database entries which causes conflicts and results in the problems with the different driver pictures and unusable car. By assigning the drivers again manually you force an update on those entries and fix the problem.
