Yesterday I reached 100 points in training with this driver (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=1786060) but the game did not give me +1 in any skill, the writing "no change" came out.
Is there any limit or percentage of success in training?

I have always set to "all" and I have never had any problems, I will try to change the type of training.

The problems start once one area is fully trained. If you keep it on 'all' the game may still randomly choose that area but since it's fully trained there can't be any skill up anymore, hence 'no change'.
