last time I found a good CD was level 15 I'm now 17 and not seen a five star in ages and the 4.5 I would go for if they didn't have real bad strengths and weaknesses. I've short listed a few I've found in other teams but there not going to be free ever or till there old. I look every day for new staff. I don't need perfect but please get a few more in there.
