competitive league ?

hi! I have own league f1 suomi challenge (https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=30955) and we have five active managers in elite who drives every race and 3-4 who are semi-active. also on amateurs and pros there are 4-6 active teams per league. I have been driven four seasons and im on 11lvl and 12 is for two races. My problem is that me and my friend have won last 25 races and other teams were on podium in last season (one time) . So we have good managers there isnt enough good opponents beside my friend and I have to wait for awesome managers to join my league or if somebody knows league with good and active players please give url. I give an excample: in last season I went up to elite and had the worst car in league first 6-8 races but lost only one time. my car was 0,3-0,6s slower per lap and i hadnt best drivers either but in races I put fuel for 2-3 laps more as other and won by edge on pit stops OR started with lightest car and got enough pace to stop and keep the lead. on same setups I tested with my second team (my friend drove one race) and he won by 10s on both drivers. setups was set by me. so seeking for better managers or better league (my league is good). two elite teams came for this season on level 13 and 14 and they have after 10 races one quarter of my points. even they have as good cars as me and better drivers and staff. they was champions on their last leagues. and now the best places are 5th or 8th..
