We are investigating an ongoing issue with delayed races. Updates will be posted here as the situation develops.
The symptoms of this issue are races starting slightly late or being late to post results after the race.
UPDATE 21:08 GMT: Having monitored the situation for a few hours now, it seems to be stable and we will be looking at the causes in more detail in the week ahead.
UPDATE 19:42 GMT: I am revising this post as the situation endured through to the evening from around 4pm. Initially it seemed to only be a few races between 15:30 and 16:00 but has recurred on the hour, each hour since. Races at other times have been unaffected and it is load related. The main consequence of this is that some races are starting around 10 minutes late this evening due to this issue. Please be aware of this when attending your race. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.
Our race started at 2:30 and now its finished it still says race is on. Will this mean our race results will stay as they finished or will we all need to reschedule the race (rather not have to if it can be helped) ?
yeah, I started to write a thread but saw this =) we have same issue I think..race have to be start 1800 but lets wait . i will be here to get information =)
Any update on what Chris Stokes posted???
Still says we are live in race but it finished as this issue occurred! Will the race have to be replayed or will results stand???
