we are active league, we have now only managers playing on each race, I dont count player is active if he/she makes setups for every race but nothing else. I removed non-active and semi-active players but still have 7+3+9 very active players. elite tier we have two lvl11 teams who has beat every new elite managers (former multiple elite champs) with same cars and same level of drivers.
