Dear Support,
I have not been able to view ads to get free parts reliably since the update. Sometimes, I get an error message, sometimes, no ad gets played and very rarely can I see one and get one free part. My team is not sustainable as of now without the free parts coming from the ads, so I am in trouble.
I have deleted the cache and data related to the ap, uninstalled and reinstalled the ap but none of these changed the diagnosis.
Would anyone be able to assist?
