Cannot buy drivers in transfers

When I go to the transfers section, I click on a staff member that I want to buy and it opens, with no bids on it. I try to bid but it does not register and I cannot get it. Occasionally it works but usually it does this. It is annoying because I have a one star chief designer and he is seriously holding me back.

Hi Dylan, you will need to use a different wi-fi connection or use mobile data to make the bids. If you're in a public place such as a university or workplace, their firewall protocols are interfering with the transfers system.

It doesn't work AT ALL on PC.

It's wired, even pressing buy now doesn't make a difference so I have to go on the app on iOS in order to buy staff.

Do you see a timer above the bid and buy now buttons? If not, it's your internet connection interfering with the transfers system. Where is this computer located? A workplace? University?

Nope, can't see bids or a timer or anything. I'm at my workplace, could it be due to it being networked?

Precisely, the firewall at your workplace is interfering with our Transfers system, as I said originally in my first reply above.

Not to worry, works on my phone lol.

I had a suggestion which I think would benefit players, I was wondering if it might be possible in the future to implement push levels for each tyre, i.e. if you select SS for one stint but Hards for another be able to choose the push level for each tyre selection, as opposed to overall.

Hi Dylan, you should try using mobile data or a different Wi-Fi connection if possible.

Info for managers this also happens if you run firefox addon 3P Request Blocker.
If you come across this problem just click on the yellow icon top right and check the IGP box to add to white list.
