Deleting Managers

How do you delete a manager from the league is it just a matter of clicking the X next to their name in the league manager section. I will be messaging them before this action. The reason for this is to allow other active managers who have contacted me to join the league. I am looking at deleting after missing 5 races without notifying me with a reason.
Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

Yes, just click X next their name and confirm you action.
New players can be divided into 2 groups. Managers from the 1st group are inactive since they've joined. Sometimes they even don't make practice laps. Kick them off in 3 days and don't send them messages (Do you want players who pop in once in 3 days to rejoin your league?). Others tend to be active, kick them off after 5-8 days inactive depending on thier results, strategy (many use only M tyres) and time in the game. And send them messages, though probability of someones return is very low (this happened only twice in my league).
And in the future don't kick off pro managers unless you have at least 11 players in Pro to keep promotion to Elite.
