CD age

Is the age of a CD important say one of 60 yrs old does this matter.

You run the risk of a CD wanting to retire after he signs a contract with you. That means you won't be able to put him up on the transfer market as you level up ( and at lvl 3, you will be leveling quickly for a little while). No guarantee he will retire either, so the choice is yours
