can someone please explain that why drivers in my league were faster in rain on wet tyres rather than in dry on hard tyres?

Different push settings? Keeping them at optimal heat? Maybe the drivers have a higher wet weather ability? Maybe their setup was more tailored towards rain? Many things!

This seems to be a bug, potentially a display issue. We will address it in our next update this week.

Because if you did practice in rain, you would have had a wet setup on the car.
I started a wet race at Moza with a wet setup, and it stopped raining roughly on lap 18-20 Only by lap 35 ish when the track was completely dry and not cold, were softs faster than wets in optimum pace.
It probably isn't as fast a transition as you were expecting.
