I know that ,with the new update, some Circuit will be changed.
I would that the organizator of the Championship have the possibility to choose circuits of his/her Championship every year.
I Think it Will be interesting and funny.

Agree with Simone.
1) Currently we have 17 races in a season, I would even like it to be reduced to 15. Maybe developers are planning to make 21-23 races in a season by adding new circuits, like in F1 now, but it's surely too much. If you have a bad start and unable to catch front-runners, you wish the next season to start as soon as possible. Even worse it'll be for those who change leagues.
2) Some new F1 circuits (like Paul Ricard Circuit and Sochi Autodrom) are very boring and will stay boring in this game too I think. Adding new F1 circuits like Mexico and COTA alongside with more classic circuits (Mount Panorama, Imola, Road America etc.) would be amazing
3) Calendar should be generated automatically, so that no one will have an advantage.
