First race I spied on Jesse\'s chassis and it said 1%.. Don\'t we all start with 10%? Joe and I noticed something strange was going on about the spying last season already.. Maybe it\'s spying on the next season parts?

You start with 10% designs and 1% parts fitted to the car. I think it makes sense to change that though so they are both 10%. I\'ll do that now.

Less confusing is what happened last season:
Joe told us that when we spied his car that all his parts were over 60% (he meant designs) and thus our spies were wrong when they said he had 30-50% parts. This was his mistake because he hadn\'t fitted any of these parts to his cars, they were still running the 3A components which were 30-50%. Spies find what is on the car at the race by seeing it in action, not what is in your design department behind closed doors.

Yeah, that would make a lot more sense :-)

Yeah, sorry.. I know you explained this last season already.. I just started doubting it again when I saw this 1% which was equal to the next season part performance :-)
