prior to the update you were able to view the race looking just at the track. Since the update it makes you follow a driver right from when you load into a race. Is this an intentional change or a bug? being made to follow a driver means we lose overall race context. Yes the data is their but the view made it easier. This is affecting numerous players in our league.

Had this problem as well today, for the first time. ESC deselects the car and resets the zoom but the view just continues to follow that car.
Maybe we should mention the tracks on which we encounter it, because it might be connected to certain tracks only. Yesterday, Japan everything was OK. Today Brazil was bugged and not only for me because another manager mentioned in chat he got this problem as well.

We just completed Turkey and have had the problem all season. It is affecting everyone in our league

I also have this issue, well not really an issue but when using the race viewer on a browser it defaults to following a driver around the track. The screen is big enough for you not needing to follow a driver.
This has been every race for me recently.

The track used to stay still in the center of the race window however recently it has started to move around all the time even when I press ESC. Is there a way to stop it moving? Thanks

The fix for this is coming soon. It is currently in a beta testing phase.
